And their task has been made harder after Frenkie de Jong has been sent off for a straight red card after a tackle on Kylian Mbappe. Seemed harsh, but they will play the rest of the game with 10 men.
21:40 CET - Barcelona lead once more in this thrilling Super Cup final. Some nice interplay around the box sees the ball find Raphinha. The Brazilian shoots on the slide, and his effort deflects off Raul Asencio, past the goalkeeper, and into the back of the net. Inter face Napoli at the San Siro with the two spending much of last season battling it out for the Scudetto. It is much the same this year, too, with the pair separated by just four points ahead of kick-off.

19:57 CET - A late Victor Nelsson own goal proved to be the difference, as Lazio snatched a 1-0 win at relegation-threatened Verona in Serie A.
19:27 CET - Manchester United are out of the FA Cup! Brighton have claimed a fully deserved 2-1 win at Old Trafford to move into the fourth round, with Danny Welbeck netting a fabulous winner.
The tough times keep on getting tougher for United fans, and they will be waiting to see who is appointed interim manager until the end of the season.
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich's return to Bundesliga action couldn't have gone any better, thumping Wolfsburg 8-1. Michael Olise scored twice, while Luis Diaz, Harry Kane, Raphael Guerreiro and Leon Goretzka also got on the scoresheet.
19:00 CET - We are an hour away from the Spanish Super Cup final, which pits arch-rivals Barcelona against Real Madrid.

18:18 CET - A couple of updates for you, as West Ham have just about got over the line to win 2-1 against QPR in the FA Cup - their first victory in 11 games.
Meanwhile, Darren Fletcher's Manchester United are 1-0 down at home to Brighton, while Bayern Munich are leading Wolfsburg 2-1.
17:25 CET - Borussia Monchengladbach have claimed a thumping 4-0 win over relegation-threatened Augsburg in the Bundesliga, moving up into the top half of the table as a result.

15:12 CET - MACCLESFIELD FC HAVE DONE IT! They have stunned Premier League Crystal Palace for one of the great FA Cup upsets in history.
A fact that tells the whole story is: the last non-league club to knock the FA Cup holders out of the tournament was Crystal Palace, who beat Wolves in 1909.
Palace put up a late fight after a brilliant Yeremy Pino free-kick gave the holders hope but after Macclesfield raced into a 2-0 lead, it was too little too late for the Premier League side.
Ecstasy in Macclesfield as their supporters race onto the pitch to celebrate with their heroes, who achieved the greatest win in the club's history. Incredible!
The all Premier League clash between Everton and Sunderland has gone to extra-time, meanwhile, after James Garner rescued the home side late on in normal time to level the game at 1-1.
