Mette Tranborg already plays for FTC Ferencvaros, while Norwegian international Vilde Ingstad joined the club before this season. Anna Kristensen and Michala Moller will move to the Budapest club from next season.
To have four Scandinavian players occupy key positions in the team is a deliberate move from the former Danish international coach to break down an Eastern European mentality based on hierarchy.
"There is a huge difference between the people and the culture. I have sometimes been shocked by how different the culture is", said Jesper Jensen to dr.dk in connection with Saturday's Champions League match in Ikast.
"I have had to change my approach. There is a really big difference between high and low, and you have to maintain that place in the hierarchy. They (the players, ed.) don't do anything on their own. They really want to know what to do instead of taking responsibility themselves. Because then it's not their fault if something goes wrong", explains Jesper Jensen.
Ferencvaros will be in action in the Champions League when they face HC Podravka at home on 18 January.
