We are nearing the business end of the Miami Open, with two semi-final spots still up for grabs on the women's side of the tournament, while the men's quarter-finals get underway today.

19:35 CET - After playing a poor first set by her lofty standards, Elena Rybakina has battled back against Jessica Pegula, and the match is heading to a decider!

Pegula cruised to win the opening set as Rybakina struggled with her timing from the back of the court, but Rybakina eventually found her touch, landing more first serves to put herself on the front foot and level proceedings.

A final set shootout will decide who is heading to the semi-finals!

17:55 CET - Right then, we are just a few minutes away from the players heading onto court in Miami, with Elena Rybakina and Jessica Pegula first up.

16:00 CET - Welcome back to our live tracker of the Miami Open, as the action continues to motor on, with four quarter-final matches to look forward to throughout the day.

There are two semi-final spots left to compete for on the women's side of the tournament, after Karolina Muchova and Coco Gauff set up a meeting yesterday with victories over Victoria Mboko and Belinda Bencic, respectively.

Play gets underway at 18:00 CET with what is surely the most exciting match of the day, as Australian Open champion Elena Rybakina and Jessica Pegula meet once again.

Since the end of last year, the pair have faced off four times, with Rybakina winning on every single occasion. She seems to have the number of the American, and will be gunning to reach the last four and potentially get revenge on Aryna Sabalenka after losing to her in the final of Indian Wells.

World number one Sabalenka will be the big favourite to reach the semi-finals, as she takes on American heavy-hitter Hailey Baptiste at around 00:00 CET.

Sabalenka is the defending champion in Miami, while Baptiste is in her first-ever WTA 1000 quarter-final and enjoying the best run of her career.

Over on the men's side, 20-year-old Spaniard Martin Lundaluce has been one of the stories of the tournament, going on an absolutely stunning run in Miami.

A qualifier who had never been past the second round of a Masters event before this week, he faces Jiri Lehecka at around 20:00 CET to reach the semi-finals.

The last match of the day then sees a very interesting clash between the resurgent, supremely talented Arthur Fils and home favourite Tommy Paul.

Since returning from a lengthy injury layoff earlier this year, Fils has quickly hit his groove and been a joy to watch. Both he and Paul have a huge opportunity on this side of the draw to reach a maiden Masters final.
