Campbell has started all 12 games for the Patriots this season after being selected No. 4 overall in the 2025 NFL Draft back in April. The Patriots will also be without starting left guard Jared Wilson, who is out with a sprained ankle and is considered week-to-week.
The 21-year-old has allowed 16 quarterback hurries, five sacks, and four QB hits in 452 pass blocking snaps this season.
He's the second-highest graded (71.3) on the team, right behind guard Mike Onwenu (72.2).
Backup Vederian Lowe will take Campbell's place for the next four weeks. Lowe came in for Campbell during Sunday's win over the Cincinnati Bengals, giving up two QB hurries on two pressures in just 16 pass blocking snaps.
The veteran was the team's left tackle last season before they drafted Campbell. In 2024, Lowe committed a brutal 13 penalties in 14 games while giving up 23 QB hurries, five QB hits, and five sacks on a total of 33 pressures.
Drake Maye is already the third-most sacked (37) of all NFL quarterbacks this season and now he'll be without his franchise left tackle for the next month.
New England's next four games are against the New York Giants (December 1st), Buffalo Bills (December 14th), Baltimore Ravens (December 21st), and New York Jets (December 28th).
Campbell could return for the final game of the season against the Miami Dolphins, unless the team decides to rest him for the week and save him for the playoffs.
The Patriots are currently the No. 1 seed in the AFC with an NFL-best 10-2 record as they currently ride a nine-game winning streak.
