New York's Artemi Panarin (2) got the Rangers on the board first just 57 seconds into the game - the first goal, and now only, goal the Rangers have scored at home so far this season.
But Minessota's Jonas Brodin (1) retaliated to tie it up 1-1 in the first period.
After a scoreless second from both teams, rookie Danila Yurov (1) scored his first career NHL goal. Teammate Kirill Kaprizov (5) would go on to score the empty-netter to give Minnesota their third win of the season.
The Rangers fell to 3-4-1, Wild improved to 3-3-1.
Canadiens 4-2 Sabres
Montreal's Nick Suzuki extended his point streak to six games after wracking up two assists in the Canadiens' win.
Oliver Kapanen (4), Juraj Slafkovsky (3), Lane Hutson (1), and Jake Evans (1) all scored for Montreal, while Jiri Kulich (2) and Tyson Kozak (1) scored for Buffalo.
Buffalo outshot Montreal 32-31, but Habs goaltender Jakub Dobes was a brick wall putting up 30 saves for the second time in three starts this season.
Montreal improved to 5-2-0, as they join the Detroit Red Wings at the only two teams in the Atlantic Division not coming off a loss.
Sabres fell to 2-4-0.
Flyers 5-2 Kraken
Seattle rookie Berkly Catton recorded his first career NHL point after being credited with a secondary assist on teammate Jordan Eberle's first goal of the season - getting the Kraken up 1-0 early.
But Philly would score four straight goals to take a commanding lead.
Owen Tippett (5) would finish with two goals, while Tyson Foerster (2), Travis Konecny (1), and Noah Cates (3) scored the others.
This was the Kraken's first loss in regulation this season. They now fall to 3-1-2, Philly improved to 3-2-1.
Jets 2-1 Flames
After a scoreless first period, Rasmus Andersson (2) put the Flames on the board first during the second with a slapshot from the blue line.
Winnipeg's veteran fan favourite Jonathan Toews scored his first goal of the season and his first since 2023, after being out of the league for two years to focus on his health.
But it was Mark Scheifele (7) who scored the go-ahead goal en route to a win with five minutes left in the game.
Golden Knights 4-1 Hurricanes (ongoing)
Jack Eichel (6) and Pavel Dorofeyev (7) scored a pair of goals for the Golden Knights within two minutes of each other during the first period, giving Vegas a solid 2-0 lead.
Sebastian Aho (2) would score the only goal of the second period between both teams to cut the lead in half 2-1.
Further goals from Ivan Barbashev and William Karlsson in the third period secured the win for Vegas.
